If you like a late check out, please consult if room is available. 2.- What credit cards do you accept for cancel my bill? Do you accept Traveller Checks? For reservation only we accept Mastercard, American Express, Visa. To cancel we accept cash only. 3.- Is the water potable? If, the water is potable. Anyway you can request mineral water in the reception. 4.- What voltage there is in the city is? The voltage is 220 volts. Transformer is provided when requiring it. 5.- How far is the Bed & Breakfast from ...? From the Airport: It is located about 11 miles from the city (10 minutes by car). There is remise and taxis service. Cost: u$s 3. From the Harbor: It is located to 3.2 miles (15 minutes walking). In few minutes you can leave walking along the coast and to enjoy the pretty view. There is remise and taxis service. Cost: u$s 1,20. When you require it we'll provide this service. From Ski Resort "Cerro Castor": It is located about 40 miles (30 minutes by car). There are regular bus service that pick up you in our B&B for same rate. Cost: u$s 5. - round way. 6.- Do you have room service? Yes. Between the 08:00 and the 22:00 hs. 7.- Do you have laundry service? Yes, we have a regular service with delivery in 24 hs. 8.- Do you have facilities for passengers with restricted capacity? No, we don't have rooms adapted for passengers with restricted motive capacity. The rooms are in the first floor for stairway. 9.- Do you accept children? Yes, children are accepted bigger than 3 years. 10.- Do you have babysitters available? We can arrange for babysitting services. Please give us a week's notice to make arrangements. The cost is of u$s 10. - per hour 11.- Which the amenities is in rooms? The amenities are: shampoo, enguague crema, soap, footwear's elements for cleaning. 12.- Do you have a garage or parking? No, we don't have parking. 13.- Do you have Internet and e-mail service? What communications have you? The guest can to use Internet in a computer installed in the living room. The cost is u$s 1. - per hour. Fax service is also provided for guests. 14.- What kinds breakfast offers and what time is it avaiable? The breakfast is server between 7 a.m. to 10 a.m. It includes: Coffee, different tea flavors, juice, chocolate, milk. White and wheat bread toasts, butter, different kind of marmalade.Sweet masses or homemade sweet breads. Ham and chesse. If you prefer have breakfast after 10 we offers a breakfast with extra cost. 15.- Do you allow pets? No. We have a no pet policy. 16.- Do you have areas for non smokers? All Bed & Breakfast is for non smokers. It's allowed to smoke in the garden, outdoors. 17.- What time have the trade and the banks? The trade open up from Monday to Saturdays from 9 to 12:30 Hs and of 15:30 to 20:30 Hs. Sundays of 18 to 20 Hs. 18.- Where can I change money? The foreign currency change can be carried out in the Banks or in the Change Shop located in the commercial center in main street. The Banks open up from Monday to Friday from 10 to 15 Hs. The Change Shop open up from Monday to Friday from 18 to 20Hs. and on Saturdays and Sundays of 18 to 20:30 Hs. 19.- Which services medical are there in the city? The city has several medical centers that are located in a radius bigger to 5 blocks of the Bed & Breakfast. Also we have emergencies service for our guests. Most of the pre-pay medicines offers attention in the city. Consult to your pre-pay medicine before traveling. 20.- What night entertainment activities have the city? Tango Shows in restaurants with international first level cousine. Live music in pubs and discos and Casino with open live show every day. 21.- Where can I rent a car? You can be let car in different Rent car in the city. Or we recommend you Herz Rent a Car service. We can reserve a car for you, then it waited for you in the Ushuaia's airport. In other way they'll come to assist you to Bed & Breakfast. 22.- Which is the temperature average? The weather is very changeable. The summers are dry and temperate with temperatures between 10ºC and 18º C, and the winters are dry and colds with frequent snowy and a half temperature between 2ºC and 4ºC. |
