Ushuaia is a picturesque city surrounded
by mountains and native forests. The combination of rugged mountains with colorful
flowers in the spring and colorful fall foliage creates a unique landscape within
Argentina. We have provided lodging to people from around the world in our Patagonian
guesthouse.
Alba's House is located 15 minutes from the international airport and 5 minutes
from downtown.
Activities: In Ushuaia you can to participate in many
traditional excursions.
For example: you can take a boat ride on the Beagle Channel, tour the
countryside, visit historical "estancias" (Patagonian sheep ranches), the
"Old
Prison Museum", "Yamana Museum" and
"End of the World Museum".
On the other hand you can go to any of the cultural centers including art galleries,
the exhibition center and craft shops. In addition, you can overfly the city, go sailing,
enjoy the local flora and fauna, and take the End of the World train
Maritime fauna includes sea lions, elephant seals, penguins
and many types of birds. Other fauna includes guanacos, red Fuegian foxes and
beavers.
Also it's possible practice your favorite sport, including fishing, golf, hiking,
trekking, horseback riding, mountain biking and diving.
Winter sports include alpine and cross-country skiing, dogsled racing and
snowmobiles.

ask for double or twin beds.In the bathroom hot water is disposal all day. Color

Internet and laundry facility.
